ALL returns must be pre-approved as TJS&M must determine if your piece meets all requirements and is returnable.
An RA (Return Authorization #) will be applied to your return request.
- When requesting a refund please let us know why you are returning the item.
- Custom orders and earrings are non-returnable.
- If approved, return must be within 14 days of purchase.
- All returns must include original sales receipt.
- Jewelry must be in original and saleable condition and MUST include the original TJS&M gift box and pouch. (e.g. unworn, no revisions or alterations.)
- Box up your item(s) securely, in the originally packaging, if possible.
- Your original packing slip and all documentation MUST accompany your return. Let us know the reason for your turn on your packing slip, we are always looking for ways to do it better.

- You will be responsible for your own shipping and insurance costs when returning the item. (Unless we have sent an incorrect item).
- Please note that any insurance applied will not be valid if package is not sealed correctly and all requirements have been met.
- Once the item has been received, and inspected, and is approved for return TJS&M will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We process returns for only TJS&M and TJS&M is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
- In the event your item is non-returnable you can either choose an exchange piece or pay shipping costs to have the original returned.
- Should you be approved for a refund please note that all refunds are Tender to Tender policy.
- Processing time for refunds is usually 5-10 business days after the date of return.
